The agreement between the client and will only take effect by means of an order and its acceptance by Kahn Tailor. The ordering condition can be found on our website, In case of obvious errors in writting and calculations. We are entitled to withdraw from agreement.

Once customer placed order can not be cancelled and can not be refund. Deposit placed is not refundable once order placed.

 

Delivery

The goods are delivered free-of-charge to all postal addresses worldwide only if is agreed by Kahn Tailor in writting for purchase of three or more suits and 12 or more shirts. The clients are responsible for the additional taxes, postal surcharge for local delivery and custom duties for all deliveries. Kahn Tailor will not be responsible for deliveries effected by postal,nature and weather andit might delay the delivery previously agreed. All accessories like cufflinks, neck ties,cummerband etc prices are exclude postage.

 

Priceing and Payment Conditions

The prices are shown in the offer and are non-binding with framework of the ordering process. Deliveries are generally only made against full payment. Price can be changed with out any preior notice.

Warranty and Returns

As the products supplied by Kahn Tailor are of a custom made nature, Once placed order can not be canclled, We in general can not take back or cancelled any products that have been ordered. As is specific made-to-measure orders, If the products supplied by Kahn Tailor are defective or damage and documented by the client. Kahn Tailor will be responsible either for removal of the deficiencies or with a replacement delivery. If Kahn Tailor is icapable to replace the products, The client is entitled to alteration or have to have the purchased price reduced. Once customer placed order can not be canclled  and can not be refund.

 

Risk of Loss 

All items purchased from Kahn Tailor are made pursuanto to shipment contract. This means the the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
