Can i schedule an on-site visit with your master tailor in my office or home?

Certainly, If you have 5 or more people need custom tailored suit, We will be happy to make the arrangements, Our tailor stylist travel extensively throughout the UK, Europe, USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and more.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges and custom charges for international destinations varies on item you purchased and destination, Please check with us.

Do i have to get re-measured every time i pick something out?

Not at all, Once we have your measurement on file, re-order are easy, If you want something new, all you have to do is select the cloth from our website and request to send your link, remeasure only required if your weight change.

Where will my clothes be made?

Every custom suit, shirt, jacket and pair of slacks that we sell is cut and sew in Hong Kong.

what Construction your offer?

we offer basic fused, half canvas and full canvas. basic is fused and need to inform us to get the cost of half and full canvas.

Can i use different fabrics?

Of course! you may chose any fabric we offer, we stock over 3000 fabric, all of which come with high thread counts for rich texture and feel. We have display only few sample on site, but we encourage you to browse through the fabric we have posted, Then if you do not find the exact fabric you are looking for, simply email us description of fabric or a photograph from catalog or magazine, We shall try to find the perfect match for you and even can send you swatch.

I am a bit hesitant to order custom shirts, suit...I worry about the fit.

Not to worry, you may start your first order by sending us your best fitting suit, shirt or if you do take your own measurements, follow the guidelines on our site to be sure the information is precise and comprehensive. Once we have received your order, Our master tailor will call you or email you and confirm all of your sizes for complete accuracy.

Does Kahn Tailor offer A grantee?

Yes, All Kahn Tailor suits and shirts carry a six month free repair of any seam. A grantee is only as good as the company, Which is why we offer you the best.

Are new fabrics available frequently?

Yes, twice a year we introduce new fabrics. Let us know if you have a specific request and we shall endeavor to find the fabric for you.

What are the differences among the suit and shirt fabric that you offer?

You will often see suit and shirts fabrics described numerically. These numbers refers to the thickness of the yarn, wool. The lower the number, the thicker the yarn,wool. The higher the number, the finer the yarn, wool. The higher numbers are the most luxurious( expensive) suit and shirt fabric. Individual yarns or wool are even thinner, the weave even tighter and the thread, wool count per inch even greater. The fabric is silky smooth and it holds color and pattern extremely well, Although the price of a higher thread, wool count suit or shirt is usually twice that of its counterpart, many men make extra investment because they enjoy the softness and luster, as well as the finer tailoring details that typically are offered in this luxury suit, shirt. No, All our fabric are pre=shrunk, Although there is always a residual shrinkage of 2-3 percent, We allow for this shrinkage when we custom make your shirts.

We would never skimp here, Your shirts tails will be based upon and weight, then designed to your complete satisfaction.

Is it possible for you to duplicate the fit of a favorite suit or shirt presently in my wardrobe?

Absolutely, Just send us your suit or shirts with your order, We shall be glad to incorporate any changes you might want, then return the suit, shirt you sent, along with your new Kahn Tailor suits and shirts.

What kind of buttons you used for suits and shirts?

We have a variety of buttons for suits and shirts, including horn button, bone button, shell button, mop button, metal and plastic buttons according to client request.

Do you share your clients list with other companies?

We never have, and we never will, we respect and value your privacy.

How will you ship my order?

How to measure myself for custom cloth order with you by mail?

In person we do measure you, for new clients online there are four ways to find your perfect size.Take a standard size customized, or Simply measure your best fitting clothes, or Mail us your best fitted clothes, Find someone measure you.

Yes we can, Any shirt design you have we can make same one for you.
